How do daily Annie Hugs work?
You sign yourself up, choose SMS or email, select the kind of encouragement you prefer, and choose a local delivery time. Annie Hugs then sends one daily message around that time.
Do I have to share my phone number?
No. You can choose email instead of SMS and receive your daily Annie Hug without providing a phone number.
Is Annie Hugs free?
Yes. Receiving Annie Hugs is free. If you choose SMS, your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may still apply.
Can I share a Hug without signing someone up?
Yes. Choose an approved Hug Library message and share it from your own device. Annie Hugs does not collect the recipient’s phone number or email address, and sharing never enrolls them in daily messages.
How do I stop receiving Annie Hugs?
For SMS, reply STOP. For email, use the unsubscribe link. Every daily message also includes a private Preferences link where you can pause or stop delivery.
